Collections Receptionist-Law Firm
Turn Up Talent is seeking a full-time Collections Receptionist to support their busy Collections practice. The ideal candidate will be responsible for answering calls from debtors, managing payments, and providing administrative support to the team.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from debtors
Assist callers professionally and direct inquiries as needed
Receive payments in person and over the phone
Perform accurate and timely data entry
Prepare documents and correspondence related to collection cases
Support the team with general administrative tasks as assigned
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally
Basic computer proficiency and ability to learn internal systems
Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

Prior experience in a receptionist or administrative role
