They are seeking a Talent Coordinator to support the full recruitment cycle, assist with onboarding, and coordinate HR projects while creating a positive experience for applicants and employees.

Responsibilities
Support the full recruitment cycle: positing jobs, sourcing candidates, conducting screenings, and scheduling interviews
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires
Coordinate HR and recruitment projects, including job fairs and training presentations
Maintain records and track-department calendars
Help create a positive experience for Applicants and throughout the Employee Life Cycle
Qualification
Required
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
HRIS experience a plus
Eager to learn, adaptable, and collaborative
Preferred
Associate or Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred
1-2 years of HR/recruiting experience
