Responsibilities
Create and distribute system updates and enhancement communications to ~5,000 global users
Notify markets of upcoming system changes
Support Client Managers with high‑volume onboarding of agency users
Assist users with SAP code identification and new product setup
Submit and manage system change and access tickets
Manage tags, campaigns, and agency lists in Veeva Vault
Partner with IT to test and validate system updates in UAT and Production
Maintain user support guides in Review Central and Veeva Vault Resources
Serve as the sole approver for all Veeva Vault test runs and script executions
Maintain static permission lists and communication mail groups
Troubleshoot and resolve PromoMats access and permission issues
Approve system access tickets for MLR and eWizard through ServiceNow
Maintain the master global agency user list and support new market onboarding
Collaborate with Regulatory Ops on workflows, permissions, and external user profiles
Provide guidance to users and resolve workflow issues
Pull, analyze, and prepare reports for audits
Qualification
Required
Experience with Veeva Vault PromoMats and related platforms (MLR, eWizard)
Strong understanding of content workflows and regulatory review processes
Ability to support large global user bases and communications
Strong collaboration skills with IT and cross‑functional partners
Highly detail‑oriented with strong organizational and problem‑solving skills
Bachelor's degree with 2+ years of industry experience, or MS in Chemical Engineering, Biochemical Engineering, Material Science Engineering, Chemistry, or related scientific field
Knowledge of common protein analytical tools and hands‑on lab/experimental skills
Understanding of material science and polymers
Preferred
Experience in the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry
Familiarity with regulatory review workflows and compliance standards
Hands-on experience with Veeva PromoMats, ServiceNow, and ALM environments
Experience supporting global user bases and multi‑country implementations
