Responsibilities
Lead structural design and engineering for precast and prestressed concrete projects
Perform, review, and seal structural calculations and construction documents
Oversee and mentor CAD/Revit detailers; manage design workflows and deadlines
Coordinate with project management, production, and quality teams to ensure constructability
Support bidding efforts, value engineering, RFIs, and resolution of design or production issues
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes and industry standards
Serve as a technical resource for internal teams and external stakeholders
Qualification
Required
BS in Civil or Structural Engineering (MS preferred)
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
8–10+ years of structural engineering experience with a focus on precast/prestressed concrete
Strong knowledge of PCI Design Handbook, ACI 318, IBC, and ASCE 7
Proficiency with AutoCAD/Revit and structural analysis software
Proven leadership, communication, and project management skills
