LHH is seeking two experienced Real Estate Paralegals to support a high-volume commercial real estate practice. The role involves managing closings, reviewing title and lien searches, preparing closing statements, and conducting due diligence.

Responsibilities

Manage 25–30 commercial/residential closings from contract to close

Order and review title, lien searches, surveys, estoppels, zoning

Prepare CDs/closing statements; coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers/sellers

Resolve title, lien, estoppel, and survey issues; ensure timely closings

Draft/understand purchase & sale agreements, closing docs, loan docs

Conduct due diligence: title commitments, zoning, surveys, environmental reports

Review B‑I/B‑II exceptions and identify encroachments/violations

Qualification

Real estate law experienceState/county real estate lawsClosing practicesSoftProTech skillsOrganizational skills

Required

5+ years real estate law experience

Strong knowledge of state/county real estate laws & closing practices

Able to manage multiple real estate and loan files simultaneously

Strong organizational & tech skills (Outlook, SoftPro or similar)

Preferred

Experience with SoftPro highly preferred
