Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations, including month-end and year-end close processes
Build, manage, and mentor a small accounting team overseeing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Payroll
Develop and implement FP&A activities, including - Tracking and analyzing financial and operational trends, Margin analysis and profitability reporting, Backlog and sales trend analysis
Prepare and deliver financial reporting packages for senior leadership, the Board, and private equity stakeholders
Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process
Partner with leadership to support strategic and operational decision-making
Manage or support ERP implementation and optimization
Ensure strong internal controls, financial discipline, and scalable processes suitable for a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment
Provide job costing and project-level financial oversight, including purchase order tracking tied to individual projects or locations
Qualification
Required
Must have: Manufacturing industry experience
Proven experience in a Controller or senior accounting role (Revenue $70M - $100M)
Strong understanding of both accounting and financial analysis (FP&A)
Experience reporting to a Board and/or private equity investors
Background in manufacturing multi-entity or multi-branch businesses
Experience managing and developing accounting teams
Preferred
ERP implementation experience preferred
