Specialty Recruiter
ATR International is seeking an experienced Recruiter to support a high-priority client. This role will manage end-to-end recruiting and partner closely with senior leaders to build strong talent pipelines while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Responsibilities
Own full-cycle recruiting from intake through offer acceptance
Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies
Source, screen, and present qualified candidates to hiring managers
Provide hiring managers with market insights, process guidance, and best practices
Partner with senior leaders, HR, and Finance to anticipate future hiring needs
Maintain frequent communication with candidates and manage expectations
Lead compensation discussions to support successful offer closure
Identify and implement process improvements to streamline recruiting
Reviewing applicants and conducting phone screens
Preparing and extending offers
Holding regular 1:1s with hiring managers to review active roles and future needs
Qualification
Required
Experience as a Recruiter
Ability to manage end-to-end recruiting
Experience in developing and executing effective recruiting strategies
Skills in sourcing, screening, and presenting qualified candidates
Ability to provide hiring managers with market insights, process guidance, and best practices
Experience in partnering with senior leaders, HR, and Finance to anticipate future hiring needs
Strong communication skills with candidates and hiring managers
Experience in leading compensation discussions
Ability to identify and implement process improvements in recruiting
Strong relationship-building skills
Clear and confident communication with senior leaders
Ability to influence hiring decisions
