Build and lead the Workers’ Compensation Practice Group from scratch
Define operational workflows, technology needs, and staffing structure
Oversee and manage all WC cases initially, with plans to scale the team
Provide hands-on representation and maintain a high-quality plaintiff-side caseload
Advise firm leadership on growth strategy and performance metrics
Qualification
Required
Minimum 5+ years of Workers' Compensation experience
Experience running a WC department or managing a solo practice
Strong understanding of staffing, operations, and technology in a WC setting
Deep plaintiff-side experience
California Bar license required
Ideal candidates come from large, reputable WC firms with leadership track records
