Inherit a team of high performing sales-personnel with plans to increase the teams headcount shortly after your arrival
Qualification
Required
Extensive sales experience, ideally 10+ years
Experience leading sales functions with a track record of increasing sales performance over time
A strong background within the Renewable Energy space, specifically partnering with Energy Grids/ Power Generation organizations, Electric Utilities, DERMS, EMS or OMS
Ability to 'talk the language' to Research & Development labs (R&D), Innovation and Ideation teams within the target customers
