Providing tailored solutions to meet clients' unique needs
Closing more sales and smashing targets
Guiding clients to make informed purchasing decisions for machinery, technology, and services
Researching industry trends and competitor activities
Leading equipment demonstrations and overseeing product deliveries and training
Cultivating deeper relationships with clients
Qualification
Required
Outgoing, proactive personality with a strong drive to meet goals
Knowledge of current agricultural practices
Ability to lift 40 lbs. as well as sit, stand, and squat for extended periods
Ability to safely operate, hook up, secure, and transport equipment
Ability and willingness to mentor inexperienced candidates
Strong communication skills with the ability to form customer relationships
Proficiency with computerized tools and reports
Mathematical skills
Willingness to work flexible hours and weekends
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or an agriculture-related field
3+ years of account management or direct sales experience in agricultural farm equipment or a related field
