Responsibilities
You will be trained across three core registration areas:
Quick Book Registration:
Initial check-in for walk-in patients
Collect basic demographic info (Name, DOB)
No insurance verification; patients proceed directly to triage
Minor Care Registration:
Bedside registration for patients with minor conditions
Includes insurance verification, co-pay collection, authorization entry, and billing inquiries
Accurate data entry and documentation using computerized systems
Main Treatment Area Registration:
Full bedside registration for more serious cases
Same process as Minor Care, with heightened attention to detail
