Responsibilities
Own 3-4 projects - keeping them on time/budget
Acting as point for the client
Managing the internal team of 1-2 other people to deliver a great client experience and a quality set of documents
Help coach and teach those around them
Help produce in Revit as well as oversee the team's output
Assigning tasks and monitoring progress
Responsible for the technical aspects of the project including constructability, code compliance, and client coordination
Work with the Studio Director to track financial performance of their projects and make adjustments as necessary
Qualification
Required
Experience in managing 3-4 projects simultaneously
Ability to keep projects on time and within budget
Experience acting as a point of contact for clients
Experience managing an internal team of 1-2 people
Ability to deliver a great client experience and quality set of documents
Experience in coaching and teaching team members
Proficiency in Revit
Ability to oversee team output, assign tasks, and monitor progress
Knowledge of technical aspects of projects including constructability and code compliance
Experience in client coordination
Ability to work with the Studio Director to track financial performance of projects
Willingness to make adjustments to project plans as necessary
