Responsibilities
Attend estimates punctually and professionally, providing timely, accurate quotes using company pricing systems
Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and effectively communicate value across service verticals
Maintain active follow-up on all open bids until a decision is reached, and nurture sold jobs with ongoing customer engagement
Reinforce customer relationships through job site visits, ongoing communication, and by aligning production expectations
Track all sales activity and customer interactions in the CRM, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales experience (residential or B2B preferred)
Experience with a one- to two-call close process
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Ability to stand, walk, and move around job sites, including uneven surfaces, for extended periods
Comfortable climbing stairs, ladders, and accessing various building levels to assess interior and exterior painting areas
Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds (e.g., paint samples, ladders, marketing materials, or small equipment)
Comfortable working in varying weather conditions during outdoor site visits
Able to drive to client locations and job sites; must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
CRM software: 1 year (Required)
Residential sales/ B2B sales: 2 years (Required)
Preferred
Estimating experience and blueprint reading a plus, but not required
Trade/industry background is not required
