Responsibilities

Manage user provisioning, de-provisioning, and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) across Zip, Coupa, and CLM platforms to ensure compliance and security
Design and configure complex approval workflows and dynamic intake forms based on spend thresholds, departments, and legal requirements
Act as the primary liaison between IT and Finance, Legal, and Procurement teams, translating business processes into technical system configurations
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain API integrations and data syncs between procurement tools and downstream systems (ERP, HRIS, Slack, etc.)
Partner with Legal Operations to maintain contract templates, clause libraries, and e-signature workflows within the CLM system
Provide Tier 1 & Tier 2 support for business users, resolving login issues, workflow failures, and system errors
Configure and manage vendor onboarding modules, ensuring accurate data capture and risk assessments
Test, deploy, and support system updates, patches, and new features while minimizing business disruption
Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides, and training materials to support onboarding and system adoption
Build dashboards and conduct system audits to monitor data integrity, system health, and KPIs such as approval cycle times

Required

Hands-on experience administering Zip
Strong experience with Ironclad CLM
