Responsibilities
Engaging customers during live events and retail activations
Explaining products, services, and promotions clearly and confidently
Supporting product and service sales through direct, in-person customer interaction
Following campaign guidelines to keep messaging accurate and professional
Working with your team to keep events running smoothly
Observing customer responses and sharing feedback that helps improve campaigns
Qualification
Required
Enjoy talking to new people and building rapport
Prefer active, on-site work to desk-based roles
Are reliable, punctual, and comfortable following direction
Respond well to coaching and clear expectations
Bring experience from customer-facing roles such as sales, retail, hospitality, events, marketing, or leadership roles in academic or team settings
