They are seeking a creative and energetic Marketing Associate / Social Media Specialist to manage organic social media, create engaging content, and support the marketing department's initiatives.

Responsibilities
Organic social media management
Sourcing inspiration and participating in brainstorm sessions
Creating video, photo, and occasional graphics content for Instagram and Facebook
Uploading and posting/scheduling content on a regular posting schedule
Community management and inbound/outbound engagement
Managing Meta Ads campaigns
Attend regular marketing and relevant cross-department meetings
Other related duties as assigned by Marketing Department Manager
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or GED
College degree (or equivalent 2+ years agency or internal marketing experience) in marketing, visual communications, or similar
Canva and/or Adobe Express
Ability to identify and differentiate between instrument families and knowledge of musical genres required, with experience in the musical arts preferred
Preferred
Experience in the musical arts
