Senior LevelTekIntegral is seeking a technical Maximo Data Conversion Technical Lead to support IBM Maximo implementations and upgrades. The role focuses on extracting, transforming, validating, and loading legacy data into Maximo while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.

Responsibilities
Analyze and map legacy data to Maximo data models
Develop and execute data conversion and ETL processes
Load data using Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), object structures, and SQL
Perform data cleansing, validation, and reconciliation
Support mock conversions, testing, and production cutover
Troubleshoot data load issues and document conversion processes
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo (7.x or MAS)
Strong SQL and relational database skills (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2)
Experience with MIF, object structures, and data migration tools
Knowledge of Maximo core modules (Assets, Work, Inventory, Purchasing)
