The Host will be responsible for greeting and seating guests, managing reservations, and ensuring a smooth dining experience.

Responsibilities
Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression
Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize table turnover and guest satisfaction
Provide accurate wait times and assist guests with any questions or requests
Maintain cleanliness and organization at the host station, including managing menus and promotional materials
Collaborate with servers and other team members to coordinate seating and manage guest flow
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Experience in high volume, upscale casual dining or an equivalent service environment preferred
Able to work flexible shifts and schedules, inclusive of weekends, and some holidays
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods (up to 6-8 hours)
Lift and carry up to 20 lbs (e.g., menus, high chairs, booster seats)
Reach, bend, and stoop occasionally
Use hands and arms to operate reservation systems and phones
Clear verbal communication skills and ability to interact with guests in a busy environment
Ability to remain calm and composed while multitasking in a fast-paced setting
