Responsibilities
Answer incoming phone calls on assigned programs
Accurately enter claim information in electronic databases
Effectively communicate and understand program coverages
Adjudicate claims based on coverage limits
Make outbound calls to ensure consumer needs are met
Work directly with shops to help consumers receive their warranty benefits
Qualification
Required
Solid understanding of mechanical repair processes
Accurate claim entry
Clear communication of coverage details
Professional claim adjudication
Effective inbound and outbound calls
Collaboration with repair facilities
Reliable handling of warranty benefits
Excellent customer service skills
Proficient computer skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong written and verbal communication
Understanding of automotive repairs, shop procedures, diagnostic information, and tires
Background in the automotive industry: this could be previous employment as a technician, service advisor, parts person, or automotive warranty administrator
Preferred
ASE or manufacturer certifications
Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/French)
