This client-facing role requires deep functional expertise and leadership capability to ensure solution quality and alignment with manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities
Lead SAP PP/DS architecture, design, and implementation activities
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP PP/DS solutions
Act as the primary client-facing architect and solution lead
Coordinate onshore/offshore delivery model
Ensure solution quality, accuracy, and alignment with manufacturing processes
Qualification
Required
10+ years of SAP Production Planning experience with strong PP/DS focus
Hands-on experience implementing SAP ePP/DS on S/4HANA
Deep expertise in Interactive Production Planning & Detailed Scheduling
Deep expertise in Pegging, Planning Board, Production Planning Table
Deep expertise in Constraint-based planning, Model Mix Planning
Deep expertise in Multilevel scheduling and sequencing
Deep expertise in Cross-location planning and sub-daily buckets
Deep expertise in Telescopic time buckets and time-dependent safety stock
Strong understanding of Demand/Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Distribution & Service Planning
End-to-end Supply Chain knowledge (Procurement, Manufacturing, Logistics, Inventory)
Ability to independently lead PP/DS implementations and guide offshore teams
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Preferred
Automotive or repetitive manufacturing experience strongly preferred
