Qualification
Required
Proven experience in Sales, Business Development, and meeting revenue goals
Strong leadership skills, with experience in team management and performance evaluation
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
Ability to analyze market trends and data to formulate goals and strategies
Strategic problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving sales targets
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
Knowledge or experience in waste management services is a plus
