Senior Administrative Specialist
The New York State Unified Court System is seeking a Senior Administrative Specialist in the Office of Court Administration in New York, NY. This position will be responsible for a wide range of administrative, coordination, and data management functions within the Appointments Unit – Executive Direction.

Responsibilities
Compiling monthly Judicial Vacancy report
Tracking judicial retirement notifications and preparing timely correspondence to stakeholders
Monitoring Judges and JHO email inbox for applications and updates; collecting and coordinating medical results, Administrative Judge evaluations, and Selection Advisory Committee Reports; ensuring compliance with mandatory educational requirements for JHOs
Administering the application process for certification of Supreme Court Justices, including data collection and coordination of medical results, bar association approvals, and public comments
Managing reports from The Commission on Judicial Conduct
Managing the judicial license program for judges
Processing, tracking, organizing and summarizing data in Excel; scanning and logging documents into secure files
Maintaining and updating all internal databases and directories; verifying that all information is accurate
Qualification
Required
One year in the Court Analyst title
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience
Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience
An equivalent combination of education and experience
Advanced skill and experience with Microsoft Suite, Excel, Filemaker, and SharePoint application
