Responsibilities

Lead and manage the internal SAQ team and external vendors, ensuring adherence to Ericsson processes and customer expectations
Own the customer relationship for SAQ in your market, providing clear, proactive communication and reporting to leadership and stakeholders
Drive end-to-end site acquisition activities, including audits, RFDS review, SOW preparation, and coordination with A&E services
Oversee regulatory approvals, landlord consents, and zoning submissions
Ensure timely handoff of NTP to the delivery team and assist with site access and design modifications
Monitor team and vendor performance, resolve acquisition-related issues, and enforce quality standards
Prepare and deliver progress reports, attend coordination meetings, and manage risk, budget, and schedule throughout the project lifecycle

Required

Minimum 5+ years of experience in site acquisition or related field
Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (Business, Real Estate, Project Management, or related)
Proven leadership experience managing internal teams and vendors in wireless network projects
Expertise in leasing and negotiation, zoning and permitting processes, building permits, EME clearance, and regulatory compliance
Strong project management capabilities and ability to meet aggressive deadlines

Preferred

Experience with large-scale wireless network deployments and familiarity with Ericsson tools and processes
