Responsibilities
Consult with stakeholders to develop and implement solutions leveraging Power Platform services
Gather requirements and write customer stories
Design, build, deploy, and support Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
Provide support for Power BI workspaces, reports, and dashboards
Participate in the change management lifecycle (requirements, implementation, testing, support)
Stay current on emerging Power Platform trends and features
Mentor junior team members
Qualification
Required
12+ years of experience providing troubleshooting, configuration, administration, and support for software applications (or related experience)
A degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field may substitute for certain years of experience per client guidelines
Preferred
Ability to articulate requirements to both technical and business stakeholders
Strong documentation and organizational skills
Experience with Dynamics 365 (plus)
Power BI: Data modeling across multiple data sources/APIs; DAX; Power Query (M); interactive dashboards and reports
Power Automate: Complex cloud and desktop flows; integrations across Power Platform and external services; APIs/connectors/web services expertise
Power Apps: Optimized application development for mobile and desktop; strong experience with data sources/connectors
Dataverse: Designing and leveraging Dataverse across Power Platform solutions
DevOps/ALM: Experience with application lifecycle management and deployment practices
Administration: Experience with Power Platform environments, services, and governance concepts
Data modeling: Semantic model development reusable across the Power Platform suite
Programming: Strong .NET and JavaScript skills
