Responsibilities
Customize and manage Dynamics 365 for sales processes
Build reports and dashboards in Power BI
Automate workflows with Power Automate and maintain data governance
Manage Twilio systems (IVR, call routing, SMS) and Teams Phone setup
Develop and deploy serverless functions (Twilio/Azure Functions)
Write clear documentation and process runbooks
Support Sales with AI tools, analytics, and automation
Handle Microsoft 365 admin and maintain GitHub repositories
Qualification
Required
Must be a U.S. Citizen
5-7 years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
Skilled in REST APIs, webhooks, and integrations
Strong documentation and organizational abilities
Preferred
Experience with Copilot Studio or similar AI tools
