The role focuses on ensuring data accuracy, operational stability, and effective reporting across various business functions while managing integrations and driving process improvements.

Responsibilities
Monitor and validate nightly data warehouse jobs, system backups, approvals, and overall data integrity
Investigate data discrepancies and communicate findings to business stakeholders
Manage recurring data loads and maintain supporting logic for operational and quality-related data
Support automated performance and productivity reporting processes
Coordinate month-end data processing activities and ensure timely delivery of financial data
Troubleshoot and resolve failed or stalled processes and support Finance and Controllership teams
Support regional and site-specific data processes and integrations
Develop and maintain dataflows, stored procedures, integrations, and related warehouse components
Maintain and support system integrations and automated data exports
Troubleshoot reporting-system data issues and manage related access and security
Develop and maintain business intelligence reports, models, and scheduled reporting processes
Support Excel-based reporting tools and remote access requirements for financial teams
Maintain and enhance Salesforce processes, workflows, and business rules
Manage user access, permissions, and approval workflows
Support Salesforce-related reporting and analytics needs
Assist users with troubleshooting, data-quality questions, and training needs
Coordinate with vendors and internal partners on Salesforce-related enhancements or issues
Support PowerBI workspace management, data connections, and gateway operations
Develop and update dashboards and analytical reports
Maintain project intake and prioritization processes for analytics work
Provide documentation and updates on reporting initiatives to leadership
Maintain user-access reviews, system logs, backup logs, and compliance records
Support annual and periodic audit requests across supported systems
Maintain project documentation, process documentation, and reporting inventories
Provide weekly project updates and final project summaries
Qualification
Required
Experience supporting Enterprise data warehouses, reporting platforms, or analytics systems
Experience supporting Salesforce and/or IQMS ERP systems
Ability to troubleshoot complex data and system issues across multiple platforms
Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work cross-functionally with business teams
Proficiency with Cognos and SQL, including SQL Server configuration and the development, maintenance, and optimization of stored procedures, data workflows, and underlying data structures and validation processes
Preferred
Experience with PowerBI or similar BI platforms
Experience with financial or operational reporting environments
Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or related industries
