Responsibilities
Lead program engineering activities for BME new programs, ensuring readiness across all launch phases
Act as a liaison between cross?functional groups—Manufacturing Engineering, Product, Plant Operations, Finance, and others—to resolve issues efficiently
Drive the use and accuracy of program management tools (Manufacturing Readiness, 10 Panel, 15 Panel, Integrator, Indicated Cost, etc.)
Manage and update program inputs within Scorecards and OPIC systems
Provide Manufacturing Engineering inputs for Battery and Vehicle Program Reviews
Support Flawless Launch , Program Reviews, Powertrain Implementation Reviews, Timing Reviews, Launch Reviews, and other governance checkpoints
Drive ME teams toward closure on feasibility, timing, cost, and resourcing issues
Maintain and report on New Model Launch metrics , charts, and deliverables
Coordinate and prepare Program Review agendas and packages
Conduct or support Integrator assessments and track issues to resolution
Represent ME and program interests at key meetings (CPMT, TPMT, Pre?Production Builds, etc.)
Participate in Open to Go meetings to support build scheduling and supplier readiness
Support Production Trial Runs (PTR) , tracking issues, documentation, OK?to?Build/OK?to?Ship, Safe Launch metrics, and performance reporting
Manage AIMS issue tracking , ensuring timely closure for NMP processes
Process, route, and track WERS notifications to appropriate owners
Track all work hours and related expenses accurately
