Responsibilities
Participate in structured rotations across major People & Talent functions, such as Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations, People Analytics, and Business Partnering
Lead and contribute to initiatives and projects aimed at driving a positive employee experience and supporting company goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business leaders, and employees at all levels to understand workforce needs
Analyze people processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Attend workshops, trainings, and mentorship sessions to build industry knowledge and leadership skills
Prepare and present insights, progress, and recommendations to People & Talent leadership at the end of each rotation
Qualification
Required
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Demonstrated passion for a career in People & Talent
Collaborative mindset and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
Adaptability and desire to learn in a fast-paced, dynamic setting
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
