Coordinate and manage quote requests while analyzing sales data
Handle customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, fax, and other electronic communication channels
Review and interpret customer specifications, applications, and terms and conditions, collaborating with Engineering or Marketing as needed
Prepare and deliver pricing and product availability quotes promptly, typically within 24 hours
Process customer orders and provide order acknowledgments within 48 hours
Manage customer returns and claims efficiently, initiating corrective actions when necessary
Collaborate with internal departments including Shipping, Scheduling, Quality, Manufacturing, Credit, Finance, Engineering, and Product Management to meet customer requirements, ensure accurate order fulfillment, and support timely product delivery
Qualification
