Marketing Manager III – Influencer Campaigns (900654)

Aquent is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager III to support influencer-driven content campaigns that connect third-party sellers with creators across key seasonal and deal moments. This role is responsible for owning influencer campaign execution end-to-end, managing relationships, optimizing performance through data, and partnering cross-functionally to deliver high-quality, scalable programs.

Responsibilities

Strategize, contract, and negotiate influencer campaigns across lifestyle categories including Beauty, Fashion, Home, and Lifestyle
Curate relevant product selections across Consumables, Hardlines, and Softlines for seasonal moments and deal events
Test, iterate, and scale campaign and content strategies across organic and paid social channels (e.g., TikTok, Instagram)
Establish robust feedback loops between influencers and brand recruitment teams to align selection with emerging trends and creator preferences
Maintain accurate campaign forecasts, budgets, and payment processing
Deliver regular performance updates and strategic insights to leadership
Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with key sellers and influencer partners
Drive collaboration and stakeholder engagement across business, finance, legal, data, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and program scalability

Required

Bachelor's Degree
5 years of experience in marketing or a related field
Strong background in campaign strategy, negotiation, and execution, particularly with influencers
Proficiency in curating product selections and optimizing for audience engagement
Experience with A/B testing and scaling content strategies across organic and paid social channels
Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, and payment processing
Excellent communication skills for delivering performance updates and insights to leadership
Proven ability to develop and nurture strategic partnerships
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (business, finance, legal, data, product)

Preferred

Experience with Salesforce software
Experience working with brands to connect them with influencers and sellers
