Responsibilities
Analyze financial performance and cost drivers to support margin and profitability insights
Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning initiatives
Build and maintain financial models to support business decisions
Analyze monthly financial results and provide insights to leadership
Partner cross-functionally to support forecasting accuracy and business planning
Support revenue and cash flow analysis to improve predictability and performance
Assist with the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Prepare management reporting and ad hoc financial analysis
Promote financial discipline, cost awareness, and value creation across the organization
Support audit and compliance activities as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting
3+ years of progressive finance or financial analysis experience
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
Preferred
Power BI or similar BI / reporting tools strongly preferred
