Responsibilities

Manage and maintain the CEO’s daily schedule, ensuring priorities are met and time is used efficiently
Proactively anticipate the CEO’s needs and take initiative without constant direction
Run business-related errands as needed
Set up office equipment, technology, and materials for meetings or daily operations
Assist with office organization and logistical tasks
Handle various administrative and support duties as assigned

Required
