They are seeking a Field Service Tool Room Coordinator to manage shipping and receiving operations, maintain tool room organization, and support field and repair operations. This role is crucial for ensuring operational efficiency and safety in logistics and equipment handling.

Responsibilities
Coordinate shipping and receiving functions using SAP, including third-party freight and freight logs
Organize and maintain the tool room, including tooling, consumables, PPE, chemicals, and job boxes
Communicate with vendors to arrange rentals and order specialty parts
Load and unload trucks using a forklift; stage materials and mark them with job numbers
Track tools signed out to projects and coordinate annual calibrations
Arrange repairs for equipment such as impact wrenches, hydraulic jacks, and power tools
Create purchase requisitions, source materials, and manage purchases for various projects
Perform light facilities maintenance and janitorial tasks
Qualification
Required
You have a high school diploma or equivalent
You bring experience in heavy industrial, construction, or mining environments (product knowledge is a plus)
You are highly organized and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
You have a strong sense of urgency and ownership, with the ability to meet deadlines
You are proficient in SAP, Excel, and Microsoft Dynamics
You hold a valid driver's license and are comfortable with travel and physical tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
You are a motivated problem-solver who communicates effectively and builds strong internal relationships
Preferred
You are familiar with DOT regulations and inspections (nice-to-have)
