We are seeking a Lead Technical Engineer to own and lead our printing/milling engineering function, serving as the technical authority and guiding the company's engineering standards and process development.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical authority for large-format 3D printing, materials, tooling, and part design
Lead process development, optimization, and continuous improvement across printing and post-processing
Collaborate closely with operations, sales, and leadership to ensure manufacturability, quality, and scalability
Support customer-facing technical discussions, including feasibility, design guidance, and performance expectations
Establish engineering best practices, documentation, and quality standards
Help grow and mentor future technical talent as the company scales
