Responsibilities

Serve as an integral member of our Safety & Security Team
Act as a trusted extension of departmental leadership
Balance schedules and priorities while anticipating needs
Handle highly sensitive and confidential information
Manage complex, last-minute travel arrangements
Oversee precise expense report management and department-wide invoicing
Forge strong relationships across the Executive Office and key partners
Coordinate calendars and communicate with clarity
Facilitate collaborative projects
Demonstrate resourcefulness and calm composure when challenges emerge
Act as a positive, approachable ambassador for the department and company
Exhibit attention to detail, initiative, and empathy
