Responsibilities
Complete the intake process with new clients entering the program
Maintain accurate client documentation
Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable
Coordinate client activities
Follow treatment plan objectives and address client-specific needs
Provide client transportation
Evaluate the behavioral and emotional needs of clients and respond appropriately, including crisis intervention
Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly physical environment
Assist with the dietary needs of clients
Transport clients to and from designated locations within expected time frames
Supervise and support clients during transportation
Maintain all necessary documentation associated with services provided
Complete all required training
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver's license in the state of hire with a safe driving record
Current CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required
Preferred
Preferably, behavioral health experience or general healthcare experience
