They are seeking a Summer Design Technology Intern for their New York office, where the intern will work with the Design Technology Team to develop digital workflows and create various visual and construction models.

Responsibilities

Work with the Design Technology Team to develop new digital workflows
Assembling standardized construction details in Revit
Model Making, including site models and digital fabrication study models
Develop parametric 3D Revit family content
Create visual scripts for office-wide use
Develop Visualization Templates
Compile and format training documentation

Qualification

Revit proficiency3-D computer skillsPresentation software3-D PrintingLaser cuttingRhinoGrasshopperArduino

Required

Must have completed their 3rd year of a professional Architecture program or 1st year of a Master's degree program in Architecture
Revit proficiency required, understanding of parameters, material creation, and architectural visualization methods
Understanding of construction details and processes
Strong 3-D computer skills, Rhino and Grasshopper/Arduino a plus
Capable skills with presentation software such as InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator

Preferred

Experience with 3-D Printing and laser cutting preferred
