Responsibilities
The customer service representative position is responsible for providing customer service assistance to French-Canadian speaking customers
The CSR will be onsite at my client’s headquarters in Addison, TX
The CSR will be answering emails and calls from consultants who speak French Canadian
The CSR will offer support regarding orders as well as processing customer orders and payments
The CSR will maintain customer database: updates data and makes necessary changes
The CSR will determine/understand customer needs with strong objection/response handling
The CSR will manage customer queries/complaints
Qualification
Required
Fluent in French (Canadian French) - both written & verbal
Responsible for providing customer service assistance to French-Canadian speaking customers
Answering emails and calls from consultants who speak French Canadian
Offer support regarding orders as well as processing customer orders and payments
Maintain customer database: updates data and makes necessary changes
Determine/understand customer needs with strong objection/response handling
