Responsibilities
Contribute to the development and implementation of tax compliance processes, training programs, and technology standards
Review intermediate to complex tax workpapers and returns prepared using tax technology tools by tax professionals and support staff
Apply independent judgment and professional discretion to identify required revisions, ensure accuracy, and maintain quality standards
Communicate feedback clearly and effectively to ensure timely resolution and continuous improvement
Maintain the highest standards of integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility while fostering a respectful and collaborative work environment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or a related field
Minimum of three years of experience with U.S. federal and state tax compliance for corporate and partnership entities
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, as well as tax compliance technology platforms and standardized compliance processes
Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred
Experience with workflow optimization or process mapping tools such as Alteryx, PowerPoint, Visio, or similar platforms
