Responsibilities
Oversight and effectiveness, and drive accountability within the organization through direct effort and oversight of others who run the day-to-day accounting and financial operations
The CFO will help shape the overall vision and business model with focus on a high-quality, low-cost supply chain, and the most efficient and effective labor model for example
The CFO will develop the organization's short- and long-term strategies and evaluates past financial performance
The CFO will manage the organization's cash flow and oversee investment activity
Budgets & Controls, Treasury, Reporting, Financial Health & Growth Endeavors, Executive Leadership, Organizational Design within Finance, Advance Strategic Growth Plans, Drive Operational Excellence and Evaluating New Opportunities for Growth, Manage External Relationships
Qualification
Required
Must be a proven CFO who has worked within a private equity backed portfolio company
Lower middle-market experience in companies between $100M and $300M in revenue
Must have a strong background in manufacturing, food manufacturing is an added benefit
Must be willing to relocate to Wisconsin or fly-in/fly-out weekly with onsite presence 4/5 days per week
Preferred
Experience in a successful private equity exit highly preferred
