Human Resources Specialist
REQ Solutions is seeking an HRIT Workday Specialist to join their global HRIT team. The role involves determining and implementing the strategic direction of the Workday solution while ensuring alignment with HR strategy and operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities
Strategic direction of HR systems solutions - especially Workday - with specific experience in the Security functionality of Workday
Working with senior stakeholders and be a go to person for HR systems solutions and advise
Ability to train employees in HR systems solutions
Designing and implementing standard processes with the business to maximize self- service opportunities
Working with the Business to agree Service Level Agreements Delivering implementation plans for the introduction of services
Working with the Business on change management and transitional activities
Build relationships across the HR teams to develop a good understanding of all process areas
Represent the Global HRIS Team professionally with a range of key stakeholders, internal and external
Review additional requirements for HRIS service and assist the HRIS to implement new services and improve current service provision
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Workday and HR best practices
Experience in the Security functionality of Workday
Ability to train employees in HR systems solutions
Experience working with senior stakeholders
Ability to design and implement standard processes to maximize self-service opportunities
Experience in delivering implementation plans for the introduction of services
Experience in change management and transitional activities
Ability to build relationships across HR teams
Ability to represent the Global HRIS Team professionally with key stakeholders
Experience in reviewing additional requirements for HRIS service and assisting in implementing new services
