Responsibilities
Managing the sales effort(s) and sales orders via Oracle and JD Edwards (JDE) ERP system
Developing stocking programs
Maximizing on-time delivery performance and customer satisfaction
Managing projects as needed to improve the profitability of the company
Initiating credit requests
Handling calls and customer service issues
Assisting in developing stocking programs
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
College degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
Previous Oracle and JD Edwards software experience is beneficial or similar manufacturing/distribution software experience
Ability to read prints and interpret drawings
Ability to multitask and analyze quickly
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong mathematical skills
Strong conflict resolution skills
Associate must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted and up to 100 lbs. with assistance
Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, crouch, reach, and lift for a full 8-hour day
Periodical travel required

Previous customer service experience, including an understanding of manufacturing and purchasing lead times
