Responsibilities

Create and maintain databases and spreadsheets, prepare summary information for manager's review
Prepare and update recurring and routine internal reports, collect and verify data
Evaluate current operational performance and participate in the creation of strategic ideas for improvement
Train new selectors in the use of putty system and shorts process
Prioritize routes for selection
Create truck load sheets once routing/putty is set up
Conduct pre-shift meetings as needed
Responsible for locating product missing from slots
Process orders into the putty system
Set up truck loading sequence
Audit loads
Determine if substitutions can be made if needed

Qualification

Microsoft Office10-key skillsMulti-taskingEffective communicationTyping proficiency

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required
One year of administrative experience
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Effective written & oral communication skills
Strong 10-key skills
Ability to multi-task
Must be able to work with all levels within the organization
