Maintain, update, and optimize existing Asana projects and workflows
Build new Asana projects, templates, and structures based on team needs
Create and manage Asana automations, including rules, integrations, and custom workflows
Ensure cross-team alignment by standardizing project setups and best practices
Troubleshoot Asana-related issues and provide guidance to team members
Qualification
Required
Strong hands-on experience using Asana as a primary skill
Strong understanding of Asana project architecture, automation, and workflow design
Someone who knows how to configure & administer Asana and knows the integrations of Asana
Experience supporting multiple teams and operational processes
Ability to translate team needs into structured, scalable project setups
Strong communication and organizational skills
