$27/hr - $27/hrGenie Scientific is seeking a motivated Junior Project Manager to support our Project Management team. This role focuses heavily on curating and assembling submittal packages, reviewing construction drawings, and assisting Project Managers throughout each project’s lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Prepare, assemble, and submit complete submittal packages
Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents for accuracy
Edit and annotate PDFs using Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, or similar tools
Maintain submittal logs, revision histories, and document control files
Assist Project Managers with tracking schedules, material lead times, RFI follow-ups, and action items
Coordinate with Engineering, Production, Logistics, and internal teams
Support communication with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Help prepare project closeout packages, O&M manuals, and other documentation
Attend project meetings and take organized notes
Assist with document control and workflow organization
Support improvements to department processes and efficiency
Qualification
Required
Entry-level ability to read and understand construction drawings
Proficiency with PDF editing software (Bluebeam, Adobe Acrobat, etc.)
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred
Experience with CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
Exposure to construction takeoffs and Bluebeam software
Prior experience in construction, fabrication, or manufacturing
Familiarity with submittal processes or document control
