Provide professional nursing care to patients
Administer medication
Maintain complete, accurate and up-to-date documentation in medical records and files
Complete authorization forms and laboratory requisitions
Implement pain management assessments and documentation
Adhere to the National Patient Safety Goals as outlined by JCAHO
Follow Code Blue protocol

Qualification

Florida LPN licenseBasic Life Support (BLS)Infection controlComputer literacyTechnologyClinical experienceOutpatient experienceEPIC experience

Required

Graduate of an accredited LPN program
Florida Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
Knowledge of infection control practices
Experience with technology
Computer literacy

Preferred

One year of clinical experience
One year of outpatient experience
EPIC experience
