Kody is a rapidly scaling company looking for an HR Generalist to manage US HR operations for their San Jose office. The ideal candidate will oversee onboarding, benefits administration, compliance with labor laws, and general office administration.

Responsibilities

Onboarding/Offboarding: Manage the full process for new hires and terminations, including paperwork, background checks, and equipment logistics
Benefits: Administer US health insurance (Medical/Dental/Vision) and 401(k) plans. Handle annual open enrollment
Records: Maintain digital employee files and ensure data integrity in our HR systems
Compliance: Ensure adherence to Federal and CA state labor laws
Admin: Support general office administration and employee inquiries

Required

2-4 years of HR experience
Proven experience managing US benefits and 401(k) enrollment
Strong understanding of California employment laws
