Mid LevelATC is seeking an Enterprise Sourcing Specialist to join VITA's Enterprise Sourcing team within Supply Chain Management. The role involves sourcing and executing contracts for IT solutions, assisting public agencies in solving IT business problems, and negotiating complex contracts with suppliers.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the sourcing and execution of Enterprise sourcing and contracts for IT solutions, goods and services
Assist customers in identifying how to solve IT business problems
Facilitate the process of evaluating, negotiating and selecting solutions that provide the best value to the Commonwealth and align with the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA)
Lead customers and stakeholders in the development of requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposal (RFP) documents
Lead teams in evaluating supplier responses and proposals
Negotiate complex contracts with suppliers and execute contract awards
Serve on cross-functional sourcing teams and support the development of IT infrastructure sourcing strategy by conducting proactive market research and data and trend analysis
Work collaboratively with commercial contract managers, VITA service owners, financial analysts, the Multi Services Integrator and all other VITA and supplier stakeholders to ensure continual improvement of VITA’s sourcing and market engagement process and effective future sourcing
Qualification
Required
Experience in sourcing and executing contracts for IT solutions, goods, and services
Ability to assist customers in identifying solutions to IT business problems
Experience in evaluating, negotiating, and selecting solutions that provide the best value
Knowledge of the Virginia Public Procurement Act (VPPA)
Experience in leading the development of requests for information (RFI) and requests for proposal (RFP) documents
Ability to lead teams in evaluating supplier responses and proposals
Experience in negotiating complex contracts with suppliers
Ability to execute contract awards
Experience in conducting proactive market research and data and trend analysis
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
