BS/BA Personnel Administration
Data Entry Accuracy – Skilled in entering, reviewing, and updating personnel information in HRIS systems with attention to detail and minimal errors
Excel Proficiency – Ability to create, update, and maintain spreadsheets for tracking and reporting personnel data; comfortable with formulas, sorting, and data organization
Document Preparation – Experienced in drafting and formatting HR forms, official correspondence, and organizational charts
Adobe Acrobat – Skilled in combining, organizing, and editing electronic files into professional PDF binders for management review and recordkeeping
Organizational Skills – Strong ability to maintain current and accurate records, manage filing systems, and ensure compliance with documentation requirements
Time Management – Capable of handling multiple personnel actions and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
