Responsibilities
Driving sales growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities
Providing technical expertise to support clients
Developing and maintaining customer relationships
Delivering technical presentations
Offering solutions to meet clients’ needs
Closely collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Providing technical support to clients
Assisting with troubleshooting as needed
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in Sales and Sales Engineering practices
Strong Technical Support skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
Exceptional Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain relationships with clients
Ability to develop technical presentations and effective solutions tailored to customers' needs
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
Experience in industrial or recycling industries
